Ingredients:
- 1 Skirt steak (or steak of your choice)
- 4 large russet potatoes (cubed) or a bag of fingerling potatoes (whole)
- 2 Tbsp Love Honey Co Rosemary & Lemon honey
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 lemon
- Sprinkle of fresh rosemary

Ingredients:
- 4 6oz Salmon filets
- Chipotle Garlic Honey Glaze
- Salt
Recipe:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Place each salmon filet onto a separate piece of tin foil (large enough to wrap it with an opening at the top)
- Make small cuts into salmon (2 inches apart) along the entire length
- Rub 1-2 Tbsp Chipotle Garlic Honey all over salmon

Recipe:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Place each salmon filet onto a separate piece of tin foil (large enough to wrap it with an opening at the top)
- Make small cuts into salmon (2 inches apart) along the entire length
- Rub 1-2 Tbsp Chipotle Garlic Honey all over salmon and into sliced openings
- Sprinkle with a pinch of salt
- Wrap each fillet, leaving space above and pinching tinfoil shut to create room for steam
- Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 min (cook time may vary for larger salmon filets)
- Remove from oven and allow to sit for 2-3 minutes before removing foil
- Drizzle with Chipotle Garlic Honey Glaze as desired. Serve over a bed of rice, quinoa, or veggies.

- Spread over your favorite pancakes or waffles
- Top with fresh sliced banan
